GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFL型、GQFF型、GQFMZL型模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置,是采用熱軋整體成型的異型鋼材設計的橋梁伸縮裝置。GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFF型、GQFL型伸縮裝置適用于伸縮量80mm以下的橋梁接縫,GQFMZL型伸縮裝置是由邊梁、中梁、橫梁和連動機構(gòu)組成的模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置,適用于伸縮量80mm-1200mm的大中跨度橋梁。

2、設計制造技術條件

1、設計荷載:采用J刊公路工程技術標準規(guī)定的汽車超過20級荷載進行設計。

2、本結(jié)構(gòu)使用的異型鋼材質(zhì)為16Mn橋梁專用鋼,鋼材抗拉強度應不低于480Mpa,容許彎曲應力不低于210Mpa。
