異型鋼單縫式伸縮裝置

GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFL型、GQFF型、GQFMZL型模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置，是采用熱軋整體成型的異型鋼材設計的橋梁伸縮裝置。GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFF型、GQFL型伸縮裝置適用于伸縮量80mm以下的橋梁接縫，GQFMZL型伸縮裝置是由邊梁、中梁、橫梁和連動機構(gòu)組成的模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置，適用于伸縮量80mm-1200mm的大中跨度橋梁。

2、設計制造技術條件

1、設計荷載：采用J刊公路工程技術標準規(guī)定的汽車超過20級荷載進行設計。

2、本結(jié)構(gòu)使用的異型鋼材質(zhì)為16Mn橋梁專用鋼，鋼材抗拉強度應不低于480Mpa，容許彎曲應力不低于210Mpa。

3、結(jié)構(gòu)中支承橫梁使用16Mn或45號鋼，其容許彎曲應力不低于210Mpa。

1、采用氯丁橡膠（C日）的伸縮裝置適用于溫度為25+60地區(qū)。

異型鋼單縫式伸縮裝置由一條整長的橡膠密封條，一組鋼質(zhì)邊梁及錨固件組成。鋼質(zhì)邊梁內(nèi)側(cè)帶 有能固定橡膠密封條的溝漕。焊固在鋼梁外側(cè)的錨固件，與梁端預埋鋼筋相焊接，澆筑高強度混凝土過渡段后，同志梁體連接可靠，具有與橋面接合平順，密封止 水，伸縮靈活，行車平穩(wěn)，使用壽命長的特點。適用于伸縮量0-80mm的橋梁。
