模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮縫

GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFL型、GQFF型、GQFMZL型模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置，是采用熱軋整體成型的異型鋼材設(shè)計(jì)的橋梁伸縮裝置。GQFC型、GQFZ型、GQFF型、GQFL型伸縮裝置適用于伸縮量80mm以下的橋梁接縫，GQFMZL型伸縮裝置是由邊梁、中梁、橫梁和連動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)組成的模數(shù)式橋梁伸縮裝置，適用于伸縮量80mm-1200mm的大中跨度橋梁。

2、設(shè)計(jì)制造技術(shù)條件

1、設(shè)計(jì)荷載：采用J刊公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的汽車超過20級(jí)荷載進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。

1， design load using J magazine 01 - highway engineering technical standard stipulated in the vehicle over 20 load to carry out the design.

2、本結(jié)構(gòu)使用的異型鋼材質(zhì)為16Mn橋梁專用鋼，鋼材抗拉強(qiáng)度應(yīng)不低于480Mpa，容許彎曲應(yīng)力不低于210Mpa。

2. The special-shaped steel material used in this structure is 16Mn bridge special steel. The tensile strength of steel should not be less than 480Mpa， and the ading stress is not less than 210Mpa.

3、結(jié)構(gòu)中支承橫梁使用16Mn或45號(hào)鋼，其容許彎曲應(yīng)力不低于210Mpa。

4、其余配件鋼材可使用不低于Q235強(qiáng)度鋼材。

1、采用氯丁橡膠（C日）的伸縮裝置適用于溫度為25+60地區(qū)。

2、采用天然橡膠（N日）的伸縮裝置適用于溫度為40+60地區(qū)。

GQFMZL型伸縮裝置的突出特點(diǎn)是將伸縮裝置的承重結(jié)構(gòu)和位移控制系統(tǒng)分開，二者受力時(shí)互不干擾，分工明確，這樣既保證受力時(shí)安全，又保證了受力時(shí)位移均勻。

The prominent feature of the GQF MZL expansion device is to separate the load bearing structure and the displacement control system of the telescopic device. The two forces are not interfered with each other， and the division of labor is clear. This ensures the safety of the force while ensuring the even displacement of the load.

5、伸縮裝置伸縮量的確定

橋梁伸縮量計(jì)算值直接影響對(duì)伸縮裝置規(guī)格選擇，若伸縮裝置規(guī)格選擇不合理，就直接影響伸縮裝置的使用效果，同時(shí)選擇伸縮裝置時(shí)還應(yīng)考慮梁、板間伸縮裝置間隙量大小，以保證伸縮裝置與梁、板兩端有充分錨固，才能達(dá)到佳使用效果。所以在選擇伸縮裝置的規(guī)格時(shí)，一定要留足夠余量，才能保證伸縮裝置的使用效果和耐久性。

6、橋梁設(shè)計(jì)單位在選擇了我公司的伸縮裝置后，為便于加工制作，應(yīng)提供下列資料

1、橋梁的橫斷面圖（包括橫坡、人行道、安全帶、欄桿的位置及尺寸）o

2、伸縮裝置的施工實(shí)施時(shí)間及安裝時(shí)溫度的變化幅度。

3、用戶有特殊要求應(yīng)明確注明。

注：如用戶不提供定位值，則工廠一律按產(chǎn)品的額定大伸縮量壓縮一半定位出廠。
